What Happens Next

From notice to report, step by step.

  1. 1

    Call us with your notice

Tell us the property address and the date on your notice. We put notice properties at the front of the schedule.

  2. 2

    We coordinate with your tenants

You don't need to be there. We arrange access directly with your tenants.

  3. 3

    Full lead assessment

A Kentucky-certified Lead Risk Assessor inspects the grounds, exterior, and interior, and takes dust wipe samples from floors and window sills.

  4. 4

    Lab results and your report

Samples go to an EPA-certified lab. Your written report shows what was found and what needs attention, so you can respond to the city.

If Hazards Are Found
